Mix all the ingredients, and you will be able to make a soft and pliable dough. Make sure that the dough will not be sticky. You can use the milk according to your choice. Use the flour up to 2 cups and later on add more in small quantity. Cover the dough for at least 1 hour sometimes and let it rise.
You can make different types of cinnamon fillings but now Mix cinnamon about 2 tbsp and cocoa powder of 2 tbsp with brown sugar about 1 cup. If you do not want to add chocolate in the filling, then skip cocoa.
