After scorching heat of summer, winter is a bliss with cold weather and the time to enjoy hot cocoa. However, winter is also the time your skin starts losing its softness and becomes dull, dry and cracked. You need to take care of your skin as much as you do in summer. Here are few steps you can follow to keep your skin healthy and glowing.

Hydration and Healthy Eating

Moisturise Your Skin

It is important to moisturise your skin for hydration and keeping it healthy. Opt for an oil-based moisturizer since oil-based moisturizers are more hydrating and keep the skin hydrated for long. Use lukewarm water to wash your face and for bath, the water should not be too hot. Immediately after taking a bath apply moisturizer to lock in moisturiser.
